With this kit, with our "Girl with the Rifle", a series of figures (or sketches) begins dedicated to the "power" of the image as a narrative of conflicts and, more generally, on the historical image as a document, testimony and truthfulness in every aspect of broader history, as a whole. Figures taken from photography then, which has always been considered the handmaiden of truth, an incontrovertible document. Yet photography tells us the truth but also its opposite, depending on how it is made, how it is conveyed and even how it is "remembered".
