Orders and payments

To access shipping services, a minimum order of €17.00 is required (excluding shipping costs).

REGISTRATION When you register, you will be asked for shipping information. You can change or delete this information directly from your personal profile. You will also be asked for your email address and a password to access your personal profile and all reserved areas. For example, you can track the status of your order by entering your login information (the email address and password you chose when you registered). If you forget your password, you can access the recovery page.

NAVIGATION If you've just registered or entered your login information (email and password chosen during registration), you'll have access to a virtual shopping cart where you can add your favorite items by simply clicking the "Buy" button. You can also purchase multiple times; the cart will remember any items added through previous links until the order is processed or manually deleted. Prices, availability, and any offers may change until the order is confirmed.

HE CONFIRMS - When you're finished shopping, click CHECK OUT and you'll be presented with an order summary. You can: a) modify it by changing the quantity of any items or removing items; b) review your shipping information and choose whether to change it; click NEXT and you can continue shopping or confirm your order. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a reminder email, and your order will be processed as quickly as possible. We recommend printing and keeping the copy of your order summary that was sent to you by email.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If all items are in stock, MILITIA MODELS ships within 3 business days. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, holidays, and during specific times of the year such as national and religious holidays.

You can track the progress of your order online by logging into the site with your login information (email and password chosen during registration) and entering the order summary section. MILITIA MODELS ships via MBE express courier, and the estimated delivery times are as follows:

a) for large centers, one working day; b) for small centers and provinces, 24/48 hours; c) for Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, and Sardinia, 48/72 working days.

The courier will make two delivery attempts. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during office hours to collect the package. A phone number where you can be reached is also essential, as the courier cannot agree on delivery times and/or days. After the second delivery attempt, the package is held in storage and returned to the sender. If the package is returned to the sender due to the recipient's absence or missing address information, and you wish to receive the package again, we will be forced to charge you double shipping costs, in addition to the storage costs. These costs may vary over time. If you are no longer interested in the package, you will still be charged the costs incurred (shipping and storage).
