SHIPPING SERVICE FEATURES:

Rates

Rates are exclusive of VAT and include:

  • Personalized parcel collection and delivery service.
  • Real-time shipping information, including name, date, and delivery time.
  • Completion of labels, waybills and all other shipping documentation.

Customs charges
The non-EU foreign rates include shipping costs but NOT any VAT applied, charges, customs duties which remain the responsibility of the recipient - becomes - Customs charges

Non-EU international rates include shipping costs but do NOT include any applicable VAT, charges, or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. This exclusion applies even if the customer pre-orders or takes advantage of shipping discounts for orders over €130.00.

Personal data

To successfully ship goods purchased on our store's platform, it is essential to provide complete shipping and billing information when registering or, if you are a one-time customer, accurately provide the recipient's information (e.g., country, street, city, postcode, telephone number, intercom, etc.).

Safety

Customers are advised that shipments may be subject to security checks according to national and international criteria and requirements, including the use of X-ray systems, systems for detecting traces of explosives, and other security screening methods. By purchasing the product and the related shipping costs, the recipient agrees that shipments may be opened and their contents inspected by law enforcement.

Weight and size limits

Customers are advised that the shipping rates applied at the time of purchase are valid up to a total shipping limit as shown below, after which a customised extra-price list rate will be applied:

Maximum length per package: 270 cm

Maximum weight of a single non-palletized package: 50 kg

Maximum size per package - 330 cm {sum of perimeter and length).

At the discretion of the courier, the maximum size can reach up to 419 cm

It is also possible to ship pallets and cargo of various weights and sizes once the actual transport requirements have been verified and a specific financial agreement has been reached regarding "special transport," which is outside the rates applied in this shop.

Geographic shipping limits

Please note that the purchase and shipping service for goods to the following countries is suspended:

People's Republic of China, Russia, Belarus, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Sudan, Myanmar and Libya.

Coverings

In the event of loss of the goods or failure to deliver by the Shipping Company holding the contract for the transport and delivery of the goods, MILITIA MODELS will assume the cost of a new shipment including every item purchased by the customer and never arrived at its destination.
