Shipping Service

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping service. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Our shipping rates (VAT excluded, where applicable) include:

  • Collection and delivery service.

  • Real-time shipment tracking, including delivery status, recipient confirmation, and date/time of delivery where available.

  • Preparation of shipping labels, waybills, and all documentation required for shipment.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, shipping charges cover transportation costs only.

Import VAT, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping price and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient.

MILITIA MODELS has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary according to the regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Information

To ensure accurate and timely delivery of your order, customers must provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information during checkout.

If placing an order as a guest, it is essential to provide complete recipient details, including:

  • Country

  • Full street address

  • City

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Telephone number

  • Any additional delivery information (building, apartment, doorbell/intercom details, etc.), where applicable.

MILITIA MODELS cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Security Screening

For security reasons, shipments may be subject to inspection by national or international authorities in accordance with applicable laws and transport security regulations.

Security checks may include X-ray screening, explosive trace detection, or other approved inspection methods.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that shipments may be opened and inspected by the competent authorities where required by law.

Weight and Size Limits

The shipping rates displayed at checkout apply only to shipments that fall within the following standard limits:

  • Maximum parcel length: 270 cm (106.3 in)

  • Maximum weight per non-palletised parcel: 50 kg (110 lb)

  • Maximum parcel dimensions: 330 cm (130 in), calculated as the sum of the parcel's length and girth.

Depending on the carrier's operating policies, the maximum permitted dimensions may be extended up to 419 cm (165 in).

Shipments exceeding these limits—including pallets, oversized freight, or cargo shipments—can be arranged upon request.

In such cases, transportation costs will be quoted individually and are not covered by the standard shipping rates shown on this website.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, MILITIA MODELS does not ship to the following countries:

  • People's Republic of China

  • Russian Federation

  • Belarus

  • Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)

  • Sudan

  • Myanmar

  • Libya

MILITIA MODELS reserves the right to modify this list at any time in response to changes in international regulations, trade restrictions, sanctions, or shipping carrier availability.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost in transit or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the shipping carrier contracted by MILITIA MODELS, we will, at no additional cost to the customer, dispatch a replacement shipment containing all purchased items that were not successfully delivered.

Replacement shipments will be arranged only after the carrier has completed its investigation and officially confirmed that the original shipment has been lost or is no longer recoverable.

This policy does not apply where non-delivery results from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable customs duties or import taxes, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of MILITIA MODELS.

If the purchased items are no longer available, MILITIA MODELS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer an equivalent replacement or issue a refund for the unavailable items.
